Education at All Saints

All Saints Lutheran Church provides opportunities for Christian education for all ages. The purpose of education is to help persons grow in their faith and connect principles to their daily lives. Members, non-members and interested persons are invited to the many Christian Education classes and programs at All Saints. .

Sunday School - For ages 3 through grade 12 gather at 9:30 Sunday morning. An emphasis is made to teach in the classroom each week the biblical lessons that are heard in the worship service. See Carol Swenson or Kimberlee Vega for more information or call All Saints at 651-452-7256.

Adult Forum - Pastor Charles Trittin teaches an adult forum at 9:40 on Sunday morning.

Confirmation - For grades 7 and 8 is offered at 6:00p.m.on Wednesday evenings for 7th graders and at 8:00p.m. for 8th graders. The classes are balanced between biblical and catechetical instruction and relationship building with the youth. Following their instruction students are confirmed with the Service of Affirmation of Baptism in the fall of their freshman year. Vacation Bible School - Is offered the last full week of July with leadership provided by counselors from Okoboji Lutheran Bible Camp. VBS is a week of fun, friendship, bible stories, games, and crafts. Ages 4, 5 and Pre-K gather at church and also participate in field trips. Children going into grade 1 ­ 6 are with the Okoboji counselors at church. Those entering grade 7 and 8 enjoy a week of off-site fun and service project adventures. Volunteers are always needed for supervision, snacks and planning.
